Overview

Staffordshire Connects is an online health and social care community directory provided by Staffordshire County Council. The website brings together:

  • Community services and groups for adults to access
  • Community services and groups for children and families including childcare services
  • Advice and information for families with children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities
  • Advice and information for care leavers

The website also provides information and training opportunities for adult social care providers as part of the care market development network.

To enable us to understand how effective and useful the website is, we want to get as many views as possible from people who might use the site or may have used the site in the past.

The following survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, there is a chance at the end of the survey to add any other comments you feel are relevant. The data you provide will only be used for the development of Staffordshire Connects and will not be used for any other purpose.

If you have any further questions about this survey, please email staffordshire.connects@staffordshire.gov.uk
